What it is
Traditional façade inspections rely on rope access, scaffolding or bucket trucks and usually look at only part of a building. Our licensed drone pilots capture the entire envelope, roof included, with high-resolution and thermal cameras. Automated defect detection helps locate and classify cracking, spalling and staining, while thermal data reveals patterns of water intrusion and delamination behind the surface. Everything comes together in a detailed 3-D model that we host in our digital library, so you can revisit it and compare conditions between inspections.
